What Happens When You Delete Your Data?

  • Permanent Loss: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to your purchase history, saved rewards, and loyalty points.
  • Pending Orders: If you have an active order that is currently shipping or processing, we recommend waiting until it arrives before deleting your account.
  • Data Retention: While we delete most of your personal information immediately, some data (like invoice details and transaction history) must be kept for a legal period to comply with financial and tax regulations.
