VizoWear provides a specialized print-on-demand platform and e-commerce services. VizoWear handles order fulfillment, custom manufacturing coordination, and shipping solutions through partnered print providers. While we maintain rigorous quality guidelines, final print variations can occur depending on item substrates and technical provider variables. Users are responsible for evaluating mockups and ensuring uploaded graphics meet our technical specifications.

F. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all intellectual property, designs, and content you upload to VizoWear. By uploading content, you grant VizoWear a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your designs solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your physical product orders.

G. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not upload content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or rights of privacy. Content that is illegal, hate speech, defamatory, pornographic, or explicitly promotes violence is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate deletion alongside account termination.

H. Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Returns

Once an order has been submitted and sent to production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Estimated shipping timelines are projections and not guaranteed arrival dates. Because products are custom-manufactured to order, returns or reprints are only processed in the event of manufacturing defects or verified transit damage, subject to timely notification to our customer support team.

I. How do payments work on VizoWear?

VizoWear operates on a straightforward pay-as-you-go system. There are no subscription plans or membership tiers required to access our core fulfillment network. When you or an end-customer places an order, the full balance for the product, applicable taxes, and shipping fees must be paid in advance. Orders are only sent to production once payment has been successfully authorized and cleared. We accept major credit cards and designated digital payment options at checkout.

J. Taxes and Customs Duties

Users are solely responsible for identifying, calculating, and remitting any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or local customs duties associated with their sales and orders within their respective legal jurisdictions.
